Instructions On How To Download Maps

 Android:

1. Download the map of your choice in Internet Browser on Android.
2. Go to MyFiles or Astro from Android Market.
3. Then go to in the app /mnt/sdcard/downloads.
4. Extract the map if you have to and place it in /mnt/sdcard/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds

And done.

Ios:

To install downloaded maps you need to.

If not jailbroken do this.

NEW WAY!

1. Download the map on PC.
2. Get iFunBox from http://www.i-funbox.com/
3. Connect your iOS device to PC.
4. Open iFunBox, click on Applications on left bar of the programm and click on Minecraft PE.
5. Go to Documents/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds and place the map in there.

1. Download the map of your choice.
2. Get iExplorer on pc.
3. Connect your iOS device to PC.
4. Place it in Applications/Minecraft PE/Documents/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds

And done!

If jailbroken do this.

1. Get iDownloads from App Store.
2. Download the map in the app.
3. Get iFile from Cydia.
4. Tap on the map in the app and chose open in iFile.
5. Extract it in /var/mobile/Applications/Minecraft PE/Documents/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds

And done!

You Can Also Use the Block Launcher in

Changing your skin and texture packs

block launcher can only enable 3 mods but if you like to enable mods that are more than 3 you need to download  the Block Launcher Pro

How to  install Texture packs :
Ios:

This is the ALWAYS UPDATED Guide for Installing Texture Packs on MCPE for iOS.

YOU CAN ONLY USE 16x TEXTURES AT THIS TIME. THE TEXTURES ALSO ARE ALSO NEEDED TO BE UPDATED FOR v0.8.1

YOU NEED TO BE JAILBROKEN (if you are on iOS 6 and above)



You Need the Following-

1)Some of Your TIME

2)iFile (From BigBoss REPO) OR any other File manager for iOS.



3)The Texture Pack You Want TO INSTALL.

So When you've got ALL THE STUFF ABOVE then Let's Begin-

1) Open iFile and Navigate to the Texture you've DOWNLOADED.



2) If the Texture is IN A ZIP then Unarchive it.



3) Go to inside the "assets" Folder you've just unarchived.



4)Go to "images" folder in the "assets" folder.



5)Empty the contents of all the folders and everything inside this folder to another self created folder.



6)Now copy all from the CURRENT Folder.



7)Go to Applications and then to Minecraft PE (Enable Application Names from file manager tab in Settings)



8)Open "Minecraft PE" Folder





9)Open "minecraftpe.app"



10)Paste and Overwrite the Existing Files.






IF YOU'VE DONE IT CORRECTLY THEN YOU WILL NOTICE CHANGES-










(If your textures are made for iOS and unpacked into a folder in which there are no folders then follow from step 6)
